Transporting your package
Packages are usually shipped within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your payment. The standard shipping mode is the USPS Registered tracked with signature.
Shipping costs are included free of charge for any order. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel online. The jewels come with their ready-to-offer case as well as a certificate of authenticity validating the quality of our pearls from GIA-certified batches.
Returns
We offer for every customer 14 working days from the date of delivery of his parcel to return the product to his original case.
Products that have been the subject of a specific custom order or promo (size, material, shape, color shade, choice on photos, Keshi specific case ...) can usually benefit from a return or exchange, a credit will be automatically offered.
The item will be refunded within 14 working days in its entirety if the jewel is returned to us undamaged in its original case. Please note: the cost of re-shipments is the responsibility of the customer.
